Small Vagator

This beach tops our list of favorites indeed. This isolated beach, located in the north of Anjuna and south of Vagator, is easily accessible by foot. However, it’s just that you’ll have to walk a bit down the steep hill.

There is a marvelous Shiva statue transformed out of a rock on the beach offering a lovely view not to be missed for anything.

Ashwem Beach

Head out to this clean beach with an expansive terrain and there are options for restaurants where you can splurge. You can bask in the sun near shacks. The best thing about this beach, indeed, is no one stares here and you get to enjoy a peaceful leisure time.

Agonda Beach

A quiet and calm beach next to Agonda village is perfect for those who wish to spend their time far from maddening crowds in a distraction-free environment. There is church next to this beach known as St. Anne’s in case you wish to head out for your prayers. The church happens to be a popular tourist spot. If you happen to visit the beach in the month of September, you might just be lucky to spot Olive Ridley turtles.

Arossim Beach

If you’re looking at spending some time with your own self on a white-sand sweep washed by Windex-blue water, you might just want to head to this beach. Even though this beach is not easily accessible and happens to be one of most remote beaches of Goa, you’re bound to find yourself whole on this unique, breathtaking and picture-postcard beach.
